Terms and conditions for using Swarna Tactical services
This document constitutes an agreement between you as a user and PT. Swarna Tactical Indonesia as the operator of the swarnatactical.com website. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the swarnatactical.com website, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Swarna Tactical provides an e-commerce platform for the sale of tactical equipment, military accessories, and outdoor products. Our services include:
- Sales of tactical products and military accessories
- Product consultation for the needs of TNI, Polri, and related institutions
- Procurement services for government agencies
- After-sales support and product warranty
3. Purchase Conditions
By placing an order on our website, you declare:
- You are at least 17 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent
- You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the ordering process
- You have the legal authority to make a purchase
- You will use the product in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspicious or do not comply with applicable terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Rupiah (IDR) and exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is considered valid once we receive confirmation from the payment service provider. We accept:
- Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI)
- QRIS and digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana)
- Credit/debit card
- Cash payments via convenience stores (Alfamart, Indomaret)
5. Shipping
Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. Estimated shipping time depends on the destination and the courier selected. The risk of damage or loss of goods during shipping is borne by the courier service, but we will assist with the claim process if any issues arise.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns may be made under the following conditions:
- Product has manufacturing defects
- Product received does not match the order
- Product damaged in shipping (with documentation)
Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days after receiving the product. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the claim is approved.
7. Product Warranty
Product warranty applies according to the terms of each official manufacturer/distributor. Warranty details can be viewed on each product page. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, unauthorized modifications, or user negligence.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Swarna Tactical or its content partners and is protected by Indonesian copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Swarna Tactical is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses from product use
- Damage arising from use of products outside their intended purpose
- Website service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
- Losses due to unauthorized third-party access to your account
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on the website. Your continued use of our services after changes is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the competent District Court in Jakarta.
